Builder is unable to give possession of the plot i booked in 2012, as he failed to convert the land to commercial. He is not returning the 50% advance i paid along with the applicable interest. I have already given application for refund in Oct. 2014. I have been following up with them over phone & personal meetings since 2013.

My money has been blocked for many months now (Rs. 3,86,250 + 12% Interest monthly which means Rs 5,09,850 till April ’15) This totals to Rs. 8,96,100. Due to the tension developed by builder’s act: 1- I was unable to perform good in my job which resulted lower increments in 2014 & finally had to quit it in January 2015 this was a monthly loss of 40000 Rs. (which means for feb. – Mar. 1,20,000 Rs.) 2- Now i am jobless but could not start a business for myself as all money is blocked with OKD. I have taken Rs. 2,00,000 loan from my relatives at 12% per annum for an year (which means loss of Rs. 4,88,000 for a year)

1- Refund of my money: Rs. 3,86,250 + 12% Interest monthly which means Rs 5,09,850 till April ’15) This totals to Rs. 8,96,100 will add up more for further delays. 2- Refund for the loss of my job as described above, for feb. – Mar. 1,20,000 Rs. will add up more for further delays. 3- Refund for the loan amount & interest i have to pay i.e. 4,88,000 for a year. 4- For mental tension to me & my family Rs 5,00,000 extra. 5- 24% monthly additional interest on this for delays after April 2015 as i am not sure how much more delay the builder will do.
