BSNL DataOne Broadband Connectivity Issues

Since I installed my new BSNL broadband connection, I am regularly facing connectivity issue, The DSL line keeps getting dropped on every approx gap of 5 mins, due to this I am unable to download any single file, Its been a month, I have realized this issue, and about 12 days that I have logged an incident with the brand, but my case was closed without any resolution. Also It is very painful to get in touch with the customer care executive, as they keep on hanging the phone calls. I have attached the call recordings of today’s conversation, also the screenshot of graph showing the speed of connection in 1 hour, every time, the speed dropping to zero is the disconnect of the DSL line.

I have paid the bill last month, which makes no sense, as I was unable to use the services, I have also paid the installation charge, which they should not charge, as they have not configured my connection, I have done it myself, They have not given me a modem, which they should have given at time of installation. I want my connectivity issue resolved on high priority, and my bill, that I have paid, to be refunded, and the bill for the current month to be waived off, as I am still facing the connectivity issue, Also I want an apology from the call center team for disconnecting or hanging up my calls, without addressing the proper query.
