I HIMANSU KUMAR DUTTA issued a new SBI Credit CARD in the month of JAN 15.When applied for the card the SbI CARD Representative told me that this card is FREE FOR CENTRAL GOVT, employees.But RS.568 came with the bill.When informed to SBI CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE on 16-03-2015,their executive told me to pay rs.168 and this card will be life time free.I PAID the amount but a bill of RS 1510 came in the next month..Again i communicated the problem on 03-04-2015.and their representative told that the bill should non come.BUT the bill is still coming and no body responding upon it.

I am in tremendous mental stress and economical loss of RS 192 which company taken from me illegally. I want the company should refund the money which i paid on 12-03-2015 and the illegal charges should not come further.
