I have Purchased Lenovo S 850 Model on 13-01-2015 with IMEI no 866021020207600 (866021020207618).when i have entered my second SIM in Second Sim’s Slot, my phone is totally hanged up. Its not in any kind of workable condition. Following are issues arises after inserting Second Sim in this phone: 1) Automatically Call dialed up to anyone. 2) In whatsapp automatically message forwarded to any one. 3) Touch Screen not worked. 4) Network Lost Over and Above there are lots of technical issues in this phone.Above mentioned issues are only illustrative and not limited to this level.

At starting Level, i went customer care and they said that they had solved the problem and give me assurance that now there will be no problem, even they change my phone’s board and also my IMEI number changed to 865698023084333 (865698023084341) this is mu new IMEI after changing PCB. Still the things will remain same. After Formatting of phone, there are lots of additional problem occure in phone rather than solving old one. Even after that when i visit customer care for several time to solve problem And every time they give me answer in very rude manner.Some Aagam or Sunil (Ahmedabad Location) who are service executive give me rude answer. Finally they tell me that they are totally helpless and they denied to do any further processing on the same. They said that DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO. They do not know that a Customer is not helpless, he had the Legal Gateway.
