After ordering shoe on a promo. i ordered a red chief shoe. after 10 days also there delivery system, did not initiated the delivery . after constantly sending email(approx 5-7 times) they initiated the delivery. after 15 days i received the delivery with wrong red chief shoe. when i asked for return and hand over the original order in email. they replied with accepted return.

lossy consumer care with no telephonic system. only email consumer support. more than 2 week taken to deliver the item, after repeatedly forwarding complain of emails. at the end received a wrong shoe.
