Dear Sir, I placed an order for a surbahar with M/s.Sathyadeep Musical Palace and as suggested by its properitor Mr. Ashish Srivasthava, transferred Rs.30000/- thru bank, due to reasons whatso ever he is unable to make scheduled delivery of the instrument on 25th Feb 2015 as promised and also delayed payment of refund till date. Unable to contact him either thru mobile, landline, SMS, or email.I have records on bank transfer, more than 70 emails sent on confirmation of payment, in addition to 300 sms records of transaction.

Neither the product(Surbahar-Musical instrument)delivered or money paid to sellers bank not refunded. No way of contacting seller as he is not available on any medians of communication. Loss of total peace of mind is the net result of this transaction.
