i booked one ticket for bhopal from mumbai on 22 apr14. my ac was debited but ticket was not issued so i booked another ticket under premium tatkal and rs 3400 was debited.after a few hours i cancelled the ticket as my booked ticket became rac and i performed duty on rac on 23/4/15. i paid 3 times more than normal ticket so i must get refund becasue on that berth some other passenger performed journey

i lost my hard earning rs.3400 just for nothing
