I paid advance of Rs. 10000/- on 30.04.15 to National Cargo Mover Ltd for transport of my car to Vadodara Gujarat, from Bongaigaon Assam. In this regard I started enquiry two weeks ago about the available dates. And clearly mentioned my deadline. They always replied that every day there cargo moves and they will provide the service. but they failed to provide the same.

t was decided to pick my car on or before 02.05.15. But they failed so, I booked to transport with other company. It cost me extra money to it. Now two weeks passed they are not releaseing the Refund amount to my account. They were replying it will take 2-3 days,&now they stopped picking my phone.

want the refund of the advance of Rs 10000/- paid to them & difference of extra amount paid to other service provider for transport of car which is Rs 5000/-
