Tikona Broadband – Frequent Disconnections

I have taken the Internet service from Tikona broadband the first three months the Internet was okay but afterwards I was having frequent disconnections and no connections at all.Name. jaideep dutta. My consumer I’d. 1109710939. I have complained many a times to the customer care but no one attended my way for a permanent solution. I have asked them to remove my connection before one month but when they sent the bill after two months they were charging me more. I have returned back their devices but I am not happy with the inflated bill they sent me as I did not use much of my free usage due to connectivity issues.

I want relief from these harassment calls number 925040xxx/ 783859xxx/ 8826693xxx I also want ticona to send me one months revised bill and also a bill which is equal to the usage and is rational bill of my Internet connection. They have inflated the bill with one months charges and also late fee charges.
