Sir, i have taken a Connection of 2 TV.. from last 1 week i have logded complain to videocon company 3 times i.e. 14th May,2015, 17th May, 2015 & 19th May.. But till date mine problem they have not solved & they automatically closed mine complaint. There executive were coming in our home.. they are taken 5 to 6 hours time in mine home.. this is harassing conditions, as only ladies were there in mine home… Till date , mine problems were not solving.. and they have taken advance payment of connections charges

mental harassment & services were not proper of Videcon
