Sir/Madam, I’, a Tatasky subscriber (Subscriber No: 1035123817). I requested installation of dish antenna on May 14 following my relocation to Bangalore from Mumbai. My Work Order Reference number is 13DD4HN. Despite promises by the company to call back within there was no response from the company until May 18, when the technician finally visited my residence. But it turned out that the technician was incompetent and was not able to handle the cabling of the flat. He also abruptly left the premise after telling is he would return, but he never came back. Neither did he inform us about his change of plan. Yesterday, or Tuesday, somebody from the local service center of the company called me and told me the technician would visit today by 1 pm. So far no one has turned up.

No physical damage, just mental frustration and wastage of productive working hours
