i ordered a pair of rayban glasses ORX6092 size 50 gold black 25 from lenskart.com via order no. 1202594459 on 12 April 2015 via receipt no.32375. I received my order on 18 April 2015 but it were not the same that i chose and moreover the power of my eyesight was faulty in those glasses. So i returned them back at the store. Later on i was told that those glasses are now out of stock, so i demanded refund of my amount rs 3339.00. But the above said company is just lingering on my request and not giving me the refund of my amount. Today is 20 may and its been almost 40 days and i am not getting my money back. I have called the company call center at least 50 times and every time they say that it will take another 24 to 72 hrs to refund our money.

Because of this delay in my spectacles, my eyes have become red and my eye sight has been badly affected. and moreover i am not able to perform my daily chores without the glasses. i had to travel to their store in sector-3 rohini from my house in sector-11 a many times and i had incurred a lot of travelling expenses. i am a senior citizen and i have been under physical harassment for going to their store in such a hot weather. I have been under mental harassment coz i am not getting my money back and i want my money back.
