My complain is about Samsung India, 8 march 2015 purchasing date. mera phone Samsung GTE1207 at late night it turn off due to low battery and after that stop connecting network so I visited Samsung service centre it submitted my phone and after 1 hr mera phone wapas kr diya aur kha nai ban payega puchne pr kha Rs 900 large ge banwane se koi mtlb ka nai lekin warranty ka kahne PR bola network ic aur untina missing hai nai bn pauega. So I contact to Samsung call center so they say me to visit another service centre so that they do any action on service cenyte. When I visit another service centre they say kahi phone open karwaya that to sare communication bataiie old service centre ke. After checking my phone says nothing is missing you visit old service centre and kah dena hazratganj wale ne kha tha kick be missing nai hai air board se problem hai phone submit kar ke time dena padega. I visited again old service centre the say I does not mean to repair and Rs700 lagenge. So I again contact call centre they give me another service centre detail and you visit it. so when I visit And say all things, after checking they say only network IC is missing when I say where is the the network ic fitted they give me a place where ic is fitted. So when I open two another GTE1207 phone on both phone a space were IC fitted is blank but working freely.
