I have paid Rs. 4044 for broadband service(3044 for 3 months internet and 1000 for refundable device charges)more than a week before. The responsible person MR. Prashant came same day to collect the cash. The internet was installed and said thet everthing is perfectly alright. However, we were not able to use the service even for 1 hour. We have called them multiple times; they refuse to puck up the call. I want them to refund my full amount and also play a penalty for the kind of service they provide. Please help me.

I want them to take their modem and refund the complete amount back to me.
