I have purchased my HP Laptop on 10/05/2012 and i have extended my warranty for another 2 yrs on 18/09/2012 on your URL given through Your executive of Rs 6360/-. day before yesterday i have lodged a complain for my adapter but your executive says that this is not cover under warranty as per the system information and same case has been closed.I was also told to mail my query to india.carepack@hp.com. I did the same i also got the reply but still my warranty is not updated. I again tried to contact customer care but i am getting the same reply about my warranty and they don’t know whom to contact for the same. I have all the mails related to my warranty extension. I also have the payment confirmation screen shot. Now I just want this matter to be closed if fraud has been done than please confirm the same and if not then reply me how long will it take. So that i can take the action accordingly.

I did not received any update till now. As per my bank statement payment of Rs 6360/- paid to RT outsourcing Delhi. Tran ID M285097 dated 18/09/2012. Tommorow i will sent you the confirmation mail from my bank. Will also provide you the A/c details that which a/c has been credited. Request you to please resolve the same as soon as possible.
