mail sent to aadhar helpline -> I registered for Aadhar card about 2 years back. The Enrolment no. is 2008/00089/02993 23/08/2011 11:15:58 Since last 2 years it WAS shown ‘under generation’ on internet. I sent more than 50 emails to the Aadhar people but they have not taken any cognizance. After 2 years I stood in a line for 2 hrs and tried to register again. But it is shown as rejected. The number is 1338/10131/07155 21/08/2013 13:35:22 I HAD NEVER REGISTERED BEFORE 23/08/2011. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AADHAR CARD. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER ENROLMENT NUMBER FOR ME PLEASE MAIL IT TO ME or SEND ME THROUGH SMS ON MY MOBILE 9822984773 . YOU HAVE WRONGLY CLOSED THE CASE YOUR HELPLINE INFORMS ME THAT I HAVE ENROLLED 4 TIMES WHICH IS ABSURD AND IMPOSSIBLE AND RIDICULOUS. YOUR SERVER TO DOWNLOAD INFORMATION BY NAME IS DOWN SINCE LAST TEN DAYS. My leg has been operated and I am nearing 60 yrs. Those people do not have a courtesy to offer a seat or have another Que for senior disabled people. It has become very difficult for me to stand in a que. Will that mean I will never get the Aadhar card? How can I avail the subsidies. EVERY TIME I COMPLAIN THROUGH EMAIL THE ONLY WORK YOUR HELPLINE IS DOING IS TO CLOSE OR DISPOSE THE COMPLAINT WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION OR WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW AS TO HOW CAN I GET MY AADHAR CARD ?
