Sir, : I activated 9746266442 this number on 20th Nov. 2013 from prepaid to postpaid.on 10th Dec.they barred my number,called customer care said that unbilled amount is 5925, but i never used this amount,I sent complaint to ccare.kerala@idea.adityabirla.com also sent consumer court also.after that they activated my number. after that issued a bill 254 and I already paid it.But now issued a bill 11031.45,customer care saying used GPRS 8915 but I never used it.I using BSNL Broadband in office and using Reliance in home.using internet on mobile only for checking mail so i got a 3GB 2G package,199 Rs./month. so please help me from this cheating.
