Against my dead /faulty telephone no. 033-25686426, I have registered a complaint with No. 12398093032 at 11.20 hrs. on 13.2.14 and again I have personally talked with the Barrackpore exchange over telephone no. 25926565 and further registered a complaint with no. 12411524713 dated 21.2.14 and again personally talked on today the 24.2.14 at 3.00 p.m. but unfortunately no remedial action has been taken so far.
