Sir, I applied for (UIDAI) Aadhaar card and got Enrollment No.2001/12054/02535. Date and time of Enrollment is 09/06/2012 16:12:37. Till March 2013, I used to check my status online and the status was showing as “Enrollment no. provided by you is not available with us, please check after few days”. When I checked with local enrollment authority, they advised me to enroll again. So I enrolled again as Enrollment no. 2003/38004/08566 13/04/2013 12:18:35. From May 2013 onward status of my both enrollment nos. changed as “Your Aadhar is under generation, Please check after few days”. My aadhar card is not getting generated till date. I called the help desk no. 18003001947 several times, replied that they can’t help on this issue and their duty is only to verify the status and not attending complaints on delay or non-receipt. I send several emails to email address help@uidai.gov.in. On 12/10/2013 I received a reply from them that due to some technical problem my aadhar is not generated and soon it will be rectified. My complaint is registered as CAS-1595206-W9V7Y9 CRM:0238549. Till date no action being taken by them and matter is still unresolved.

Your urgent action is solicited to resolve the issue or to help me to receive Aadhar card.
