Hello, I had booked tickets for 4 people from Thiruvananthapuram to New Delhi, somewhere in July, 2013 with date of journey as 1st January, 2014. They come back in October ending/Near Diwali period saying that the flight has been cancelled due to “operational reasons”. They gave me an alternate option saying we can offer seats on 30th December or 3rd January.

Because of which I had to book those tickets in another airline paying 2 times more what I had paid initially. That matter was forgotten. After some days, I check and see flight options for same source and destination for 1st January, 2014. Which means they did this on purpose for earning more money.

I had provided them with options saying that if they are ready to pay me they extra amount which I had to bear because of this. But nothing came back from them. So I demand that amount, plus compensation for such fraudulent ways of earning money
