Dear Sir / Madam I bought Oneplus Phone from amazon.in…after one month get problem in phone and i give phone at my near customer service center of onplus on April 16, 2015..they committed give phone repair in week but still now doesn’t get phone .. For phone i visited service center 6 times and all time they give wrong commitment and show silly reasons..i email and called to customer care of oneplus but they play with me all time time pass game. Still now i doesn’t get repair phone or doesn’t replace it . As evidence i have all email copy conversion with customer care of oneplus, Phone calls records.

I want if they don’t repair phone then replace it and Oneplus mobile Take so long for took my phone so extend my period of warranty.
