We bought a fire extinguisher from ABC MAP90 (SP)CM. Which Did not work in case of accident.we marked complaints twice which they closed twice without any resolution.The resolution they gave us was that they will take the device analyse it and then tell us. Its been almost 2 months they took the device and did not respond not even returning the device.We have paid 8000 which is not a big amount on a company level but I feel cheated.It is happening from last 6 months.

There was an accident(Short circuit) Thank god there was no damage to the lives of our employees. An apology Letter and I want to return all the devices bought from Cease fire.Either replace it or reimburse the money.
