AbhiBus – Online Tickets – Consumer Review

Dear Sir,

Dated18/3/2019 i have booked two ticket through abhibus but in payment gateway when i entered my otp screen has been reflected and i have switch out to the app. After that i have check my 1 ticket has been booked and one failed and after that i have seen display msg in bus seat chart is not available so i have complaint on abhibus app but they are telling me its bus service provide fault and you will call after some time when i call second time again again they are told me call me later out technical team is working. but dated 19/3/2019 in the last time they told me i’m sorry so i have requested please cancel my second bus ticket so they again sorry i’m sorry for that.
