Dear sir, My name is Mathews Nelson and my Quote id is BAQ6260 i have paid two months premium Rs.2912.00 but online term policy was rejected from your office even though i have mentioned my job of nature earlier to your representatives Mr. ajay and his boss Mr. Ashok. Before taking policy yours representatives told that policy will be given to all the people who work hazardous places like army navy etc bla bla but once i paid my two months premium and uploaded all required documents to get the policy but it was rejected. Here i dont need all those reasons why it happened but i need my money back, daily im contacting your representatives they are saying Rs.2912 check has been dispatched from your office on 13.03.19 but i did not received any check, earlier only i requested to send that amount online, i dont understand why it was happening , i have paid online ,if anything discrepancies occurred you should pay online itself,why all these delay works sending checks by post or courier and time waste jobs for refunding my amount. once again i sincerely request you please take the necessary action about my money refund, otherwise i will approach consumer court, this is for your kind information please.
