Sir Very sorry to say that your insurance policy is very bad and your company do not want to settle the customer claim for example I am a policy holder of your company vide policy No.0188301323/000000/00 for my Hero Honda Motorcycle bearing Registration No.JH05V3200, on dated 04/07/2018 my said motorcycle has been stolen immediate I had lodge FIR in concerning PS and intimate the Hero Show Room MITTAL MOTORS from whom I had purchase said policy. After lapse of three month I had submitted the certified copy FRT, original Key, Original owner book, Original Insurance policy and a cancelled cheque to said show room. After lapse of three month your company do not show any interest towards settle the claim of said stolen motorcycle nor said show room showing any interest regarding that matter. It seems to be that your company and said show room complicit with each other and cooperate to each other regarding fraudulent with victim customer. it is very nasty policy, I am an advocate of Seraikela, if my said claim shall not settle immediately I shall be compel to lodge FIR against your company along with said show room.
