the KPN travels which operates from pondycherry to coimbatore has worst quality.
i was happened to travel in that KPN travels from pondy to coimbatore. its was raining at that time and my seat was totally wet because the bus started leaking from top. The booking agent was not responding properly and the driver was also not making necessary steps. i was totally wet and the whole night i didn’t slept .can anyone take the necessary action againts this KPN travels. please make necessary requirements. the boarding pass is with me and the date of journey was 19-9-09and time was 10.15 pm
