I booked flat t/4 with above co. at panchkula Royal Panchkula during 8/08 uder Festival bonanja Scheme of the co.As per this scheme co. was to help in arranging the 80% loan of the cost of flat from. tied up banks and reimburse the E.m.I. for 30 mts or the date of offer of possession of the flat which ever is earlier. Tied yp banks refused to sanction the above loan& even one othe leading Pvtbank did not approve this propsal saying technical hitch.const of above project is held up for the last more than a yr.
i requested the co.during 3.09 to refund my earnest of Rs. 337000/ deposited with the co. during */08. But co. is not inclined to refund the same inspite my constant persual with it .
Kindly advice what to do with this co.
