Last month i had moved my Samsung Television from my parents home in Coimbatore to my temporary Home in Chennai. It was a brand new Samsung Television which i bought in Coimbatore last year in novemebr 2008. I called the ABT Parcel Service in Coimbatore for moving the television from CBE to Chennai. They charged me around 1500Rupees for moving it. The person who is incharge is Shanmugam from ABT Parcel Service Coimbatore.

The parcel was delayed in delivery instead of delivering me on the next day as poer their initial agreement but they deleivered two days delayed.Actually they deleivered after two days during evening time(Monday Evening) instead of Sunday Eveneing. During that time i ws in office when i came that night i saw the TV lying with its parcel covered in front of my gate like an orphan. When i opened and saw the package i found it broken with the side cases thank god the picture and screen is not broken rest of the fiber covering case around the tv was found broken into pieces.

When i called them to qnquire on this they where not responding properly. I am not able to claim for the insurance also from ABT Parcel Service.

I am posting this with my sour heart. Please customers be carefull when you are using any Movers and PAckers.Never ever go for ABT Parcel Service. The Worst nightmare that i ever had in my life.
