Improper services

under the scheme of the company i took the set top Box with the paymeny of 12 months subscription in advance. The same was installed at our home. After the installation we observed that they will frequently black out the channels and while contacting the customer care no satisfactory reply will be given. The act of the service provioder is not only the violation of the committed services but also cause mental irritation. secondly the quality is far beyond satisfaction with many atimes shaky pictures and vibrating sound in place of commited digital quality. The action of the service provider is total breach of the committed improvement over the agreed vesion for viewing additional cahnnels consistently.
