Despite having the bill the LG service center people are reluctant to replace the adaptor. It is height of unprofessionalism when they said they would contact me within 24 hrs but they never turned up. I have tried to contact them several times and tried get some update, but nothing has been done till now. Their service is abysmal. If you cannot give what you say why do you promise so. Please do something about this matter so that my views of LG India Electronics will change and I will continue to do business with the company in future as well.
