I am totally irritated with reliance india mobile prepaid customer care and Rcom services. For past 3 days am not able to make any outgoing calls though am receiving incoming calls. Fed up telling my issue to the useless mumbai Reliance customer care. They told me a resolution time of 48 hours, but nothing changed. My phone is working fine with other sim cards. I want Reliance to pay me compensation for such a lousy service that they provided me and also want to replace the inefficient Customer care employees with good technically sound guys. Please note my outgoing call facility is not yet fixed.
