I have recharged my subscription for two months on 24-04-2010 via Internet Banking of SBI. My Bank account was already credited by the Bank for Rs. 576/- vide Ref. No. IG20527822. The Company has not recharged my account and suspended my Services. I had contacted the company representative and give him details of payment still he has not recharged and continue my subscription.
Due to which I could not watch the IPL Final Match 2nd Half portion. I had called to my three freind to watch the match collectively. Beacause of this I felt humiliated and my position was okward.
I therefore demand from the Reliance Big TV to pay me Rs. 1,00,000/- as I was naturally harrassed, mentally disturbed and socially humiliated by there act.
