Dear All, This is to bring serious notice to you that I have taken a policy no. 12671512 (HDFC savings assuring plan) on 23/02/2009 of Rs.40000/- from hdfc bank Aligarh (up) branch, Actually I was informed that it is a single time investment, but now I have received phone calls from SLSC customer care to deposit renewal of policy, but I am not in situation to pay it frequently. So please discontinue my policy no.12671512 and refund my amount Rs. 40000/-as soon as possible, As it is a matter of misselling from bank, if I did not received any response within a weak I have to go for consumer court for speedy disposal.
So please do the needful.
