Product Name Aspire 5755 Sr No.: LXRPV01009131361211601 SN ID 13122147316 Hi All, Please note that that last year in September I have logged a complaint for my laptop and it was in the warranty period and the keyboard was changed as in this model there is a problem regarding the keyboard, now not more than a again there the keyboard is giving me problem. I want to file an official complaint as after changing the product it was not lasting for an year then what is the use of the sales and service, I was really upset with the ACER service as after changing the keyboard it was corrupted within a year. Let me know the procedure to correct this problem
