Acer Laptop – Keyboard was not working

Dear Sir, I have an Acer Laptop. My Keyboard was not working after 2 years. So I got it replaced with new one from a Shop in Vasai (E), Dist.- Thane on 11.11.12. Shop Owner provided me one year warranty. Now again it is not working. I have submitted my Laptop to that Shop Owner on 09.10.13 and he promised me to return with in 2 days after replacing from Service Center at Laminton Road, Mumbai but after that every 2 days he was saying that he will return tomorrow, again tomorrow like that. Now he said to return without replacement and he is saying that it can not be replaced or repaired because Acer is not ready to do that. I communicated to Acer also but they are saying that warranty has been provided by shop Owner from where I purchased the KBD so it is the responsibility of that Shopkeeper to replace it. So it is very bad feeling for me for such poor services for Acer products. I submitted my Laptop to Shop on 09.10.13 and now he is ready to return without replacement and he informed me that some other part is also damaged and it can be repaired in Rs. 2500/- but when I submitted the Laptop there was no any damage. So I request you to lodge a complain against Systematics (Shop Owner) and do the needful so that I can get recovery. Invoice is in attachment. Regards, Jitendra Pandey Mob: 9867049770
