Motorola – Manufacturing Defect-No Replacement/Repair

Sir, I bought Motorola Defy XT535 on 26/June/2013. From 1st day onward s it having the network problem, it doesn”t showing any n/w. I traveled some 600 km for service center and they solved the problem which takes some 7 days. After coming home some times it showing roaming. Another problem is some dust forming in left side middle of the screen and bottom right side . On 8th August i got a call from Redington(Motorola service parts provider) regarding the problem facing by me,they said they will replace the panel. On 10 th i send phone to Hyderabad service center for repair. First they told we will only clean the dust, i called to Redington people on the issue, they call to service center and they told to them. 20th i got my phone and i shocked seeing the phone which having very old panel and lot of scratch s on it and panel also slightly cracked on two places where the dust is coming . The dust is again coming , they just only cleaned the dust and claimed they replaced the panel. Company also claimed its water prof if small drop water fall the phone will totally damage. Again on 23rd September i hand over my phone to service center. Up to this date there is no proper answer form them daily they are saying wait 2 more days. I spend lot of extra money for it. Sir plz resolve my problem.

I struggled a lot and i also spend lot of money for travelling for such much distance.
