i have submitted my phone Acer in above mentioned service center on 03/04/2015. the display of phone was not showing. they gave an assurance that in one week issue will be resolved. but till date instead of so many reminders from my side, i have not got the issue resolved. i have been calling the service center every single day, but getting same response that it is under process. also have done email conversation. they have not given any date, i am waiting for indefinite time. i am being harassed and facing a lot of problems because of this.
kindly resolve my problem asap. and do let me know if i am eligible for any compensation beacuse i have waited for so long. and have been facing mental trauma because of this.
