I Saurabh Choudhary booked a Aquasure Aayush online from your site Eurekaforbes.com on 11th April 2015 at 5 pm but I did not receive the product till now. My customer Id is 8000025445 and my transaction id is 47729.Everytime I call the customer care, they give us a new date and promise to deliver or refund but no action has been taken from their side. so plz help me in getting my money back.

i want my money back and some strict action as I am being mentally harassed as I have to call 5 to 6 times everyday.
