Hi, I had paid the installation fee of Rs 1680 on 1 May 2014. Till today(25 May 2014) connection has not been done. I am frustrated after calling customer care 7 times. Their customer care number is not toll free. I have spent lot of time and energy and no result. need quick resolution.

I have spent lot of time and energy. I have called customer care 7 times. i have faced false promises I have suffered due to lack of internet at home which has reduced my productivity. I need quick connection to be done And also reimbursement of mental agony and delay.
