I ordered Samsung Earphones online through a website named ShopClues last week. When I checked my order,I found that on my earphone brand name was printed as Samsung,but when I get it checked by authorized Samsung Store,they told me that these earphones are not original.

I gifted this earphones to one of my close friend on special occasion.My friend is not satisfied with my gift. I want ShopClues to provide me original earphones. I want original earphones.
