ACT Broadband Consumer Review

I got the ACT Broadband internet installed on 22nd Dec 2015.My account no. is 1349161. And after 3 days ie. from 25th of Dec to 27th Dec there was no internet connection. Inspite of repeatedly lodging the complaint there was no connection. I asked them to get the connection disconnected but they apologised and assured me that it wont happen again. From that day every alternate day I lodge a complaint regarding no internet connection but there is no resolution from their end. And on every weekend from last 3 months I am facing this issue of no internet connectivity. I am raising request for disconnection of service but they are not getting the connection disconnected. I am really tired of raising complaints now. Since I paid the installation charges and one month advance I want them to refund the money and now a bill has been generated for 1201 Rs. I will not pay for that since most of the times there is no internet connectivity and I am unnecessarily paying for it. Please help me. It is such a wastage of time and money.

There is a lot of internet connectivity issue still the bills are getting generated. I am unnecessarily paying for it when I am not even able to use the service. Inspite of raising request for disconnection they are not doing it and generating bills in my name.

I want ACT broadband to waive off the entire bill of 1201 Rs which they have raised for last month. Also I paid 1701 Rs as installation charges and one month advance I want them to refund the whole amount. Also please help to get the internet disconnected. They are not taking request for disconnection of service. Please help to get the money refunded.
