MTS MBlaze Broadband Connection Issues

I had network issues with my data card and notified company about it. I am not able to connect with internet. 1) Company did not solve it and because of that I cannot use data and lost my balance (validity got lapse) of approx 17 GB that month (999 rs recharge) 2) Have called them around 25 times and logged complaint but everytime they would just lose with different excuses. Like, I was not reachable, phone out of reach. 3) The most common is – they are saying they will test the network only, if I recharge my account again with my money. They are not ready to give any amount of internet even to test. This is very ridiculous on their part. I have lost so much of money and time and even then they want me to recharge again. It should be their duty as a gesture of goodwill as well.

I am following this up for last 2 months now and as net course of action, I have filled an appeal to Appellate authority of MTS. But even there I have experienced heart breaking service. 1) I have mailed and send the paper appeal (Have the evidence of delivery) and they have not even acknowledged the receipt. 2) Have e-mailed them 30 times, and after that the lower level management has offered me 3 gb data with 10 days validity, which is like insulting me and my follow up for last 2 months. Because of this, I have lost my precious time, efforts and gone through distress and lot of inconvenience. I had to take off from work to get their call, as they never call on time. I paid apr 2000 rs per month to other internet service provider (Airtel) for alternative and lot of money spent in phone calls + postal charges.
