ACT broadband – Wi-Fi Router Not Delivered

As per the tariff plan, ACT Broadband should provide me the free router. For free router they have taken 12 months advance rental and I have paid through cash. While taking connection they promised they will provide in 2 days in max, but more than 20 days passed, no one responding the issue and every time we call they say “we will get back to you soon, routers are not available”. If that is the case, why they should promise while taking connection?

My planned work got delayed. Not able to work from home because of the delay. I have lost my time, my money by calling this customer care. If i say i will pay bill after 1 month without any fine they will agree? Then i can also accept the delay by them. I need the things promised.
