ACT Fiber Net Broadband Activation Issues

I have applied for ACT Fiber net 6 Month Plan on 6th Jan 2015. I gave payment (through Cheque) of Rs.7,072/- towards the same. Even after repeated reminders to the concerned sales and installation team and Call centre. I have not got my installation done. Also, The representative (Sajid +918095551942) from ACT Fiber net who made the sale misbehaved with me and arrogantly told me to take my money back. Surprisingly on 21st Jan, I received a call from ACT refund department about Refund of my money. I didn’t give any written or verbal intimation of refund. I contacted the ACT Call Centre 3 times. They assured me of sometime will contact me. However, I didn’t receive a single call from anyone from ACT FiberNet.

I would request for my connection at the earliest and Strict action against the ACT Representative (Sajid +918095551942).
