Dear Sir, Tata Indicom has started the VAS without the customer’s consent and deducted the amount of Rs. 50/- and Rs. 35/- of their VAS without the consent of the customer. I talked to the customer care regarding this issue but they did not resolve the issue and also refused to return the money to my account. Please file my complaint against the concerned company. My Wasted both time and energy, mental harassment. The matter should be resolved as soon as possible.
