Purchased a water heater of morphy richard salvo 25 liter last year and it has been not working from last one month and i have reported this problem to morphy richard several times but things are not working. If the water heater had warranty for 2 year why it not been repaired/changed,technician came four or five times they not found what is happening, no one is helping me neither the customer care nor the service center i called many times to service centre & thier seniors but no one is picking the call. Water heater meant to be used in winter season. Please help me on this matter

My life is like hell i am mentally distributed, i had been calling them like may time my money wasted called several std calls and local calls.
