Dear Sir/Madam, Since almost last one month there is problem with sony channel, we are not able to view these channels, after continuously following with them till date problem was not solved and also since last 4 days we are not able to see single channel. When we discuss with the above phone no they are telling that there is a problem we are working on it. but they are not in position to tell the exact reason also. they are not giving any compliant no for my compliant. the person who comes to collect bill, he is telling that there is a problem in the service given by Bhawani Rajesh, you change the box with another services they are having. Kindly help us to resolve the issue. I and my all family members got fed up with services and not happy at all.

I want my set top box to change with the other services they are having(hathway), and continuous availability of the signal of all channel for which i am paying.
