i have complain against GUJARAT GAS COMPANY LIMITED. my CUSTOMER NUM IS 100393913
we take a domestic piped natural gas connection about an one and half month ago, actually there is a problem in my home billing address… for this i call the help line numbers 9924005000 and 02612736333 and 02612740234 at mahyavansi mahollo adajan surat…

and they says if u want to change your address please check our website you will get every information about it… i check the website of Gujarat gas and print out the form of address change and my brother yesterday visited their office for the chne of our address but they refuse our form with reason and there reason is our address proof means our dastavej of my home is wrong or not proper..

when my brother is return from surat i call for knowing the proper reason of refuse it but they cant pick phone after half n hour they pick my phone and first of all ask for my customer no i gave them and then they ask for the token num i also give it them then they check their system and says give me counter num bt my brother not sure about it because they can not clearly write down the counter num that’s why…

then they check their system and says nobody visited their because of there is no entry of my brother visited them for change of our address i clearly gave them all they are not ready to accept it that my brother was there then i ask for there office timing they says 9.30 to 5.30.. i have only one hour to visit there office then i personally visit them then says yes my brother visited them and they refuse my document and reason is its not our HONOURSHIP proof and says give us VERA BILL of our house but i says them its not on my mothers name because its on our old honours name and the work in process of name change so i can not give it them i have the only on proof of our HONOURSHIP is our dastavej of my home which is on my mothers name..

when they says its not the honorship proof i visit to our LAWYER and ask about it and he says every thing is legal and this called your honour ship proof but that mam who is their in office at adajan surat she is not able to know that which is call dastavej of home and she clearly reject to change my address….

and its not our fault for the wrong address we just fill the two pages of name address etc… and other pages are fill by them and its not my handwriting in my form for mistaking our address and there is a 16pages of agreement of gas pipe line singed by my mother so that mama says its sign by your mother so i agree that its signed by my mother there is a mistake in my address so i am ready to change of address but they refuse me by wrong reason and can not give me proper answer…

we purchase our home Gujarat housing board gandhi nagar and i have all proof for the HONOURSHIP of our home but still she is not want to accept my request please give me solution as soon as possible because my gas bill will not delivered at my home on time that’s why please help me to short out it…

with this complain i am attached token number when i visit them and id proof which i gave them for our honorship authority and form which is given by them yesterday before refuse my request please check the attachment properlly please help me please
