I had booked Adhunik Movers & Packers to transfer my household items from Panchkula to Ahmedabad on 14th August 2014. Mr Naveen of the agency assured that the goods will reach to Ahmedabad within 5 days. However, we received the goods after 10 days. On follow up he gave excuses that the driver has gone to hisar at his house due to festival season. On receiving of the goods, I found that my Whirlphool fully automatic washing machine is broken with its full spare parts been damaged and coming out of the box of machine itself. Further, I my Royal Enfield 350 cc standard model bike was also found damaged with scratches on the fuel tank.I immediately took photos of the same and sent it to him. He said that he will apply for insurance amount refund. I had booked insurance claim for Rs 1,50,000 covering my entire transport of goods for which i paid 3% amount as insurance money. After nearly a month of regular follow up with Mr Naveen, he finally said that the machine and the damage to bike is less than 5% of the claim and so insurance company will not refund any amount for the same Please help me so that I can get a proper justice in this case
