XOLO Q500 – Service Center Refusing to Repair Phone

I bought XOLO Q500 in june this year in bangalore, in sep after 3 months I could not increase the volume. when I should this to service center they said I have to pay because I have broken the phone and the handset is out of warranty now, which is wrong there is no damage to the phone when I gave it for repairs. today I called the service center to check status and I was told that xolo has refused to repair my phone saying now the motherboard has issues. I complained 4 times on xolo website and everytime i get an email asking me for details but no one calls thereafter or any corrective action is taken by XOLO. Also I was asked to pay for the repairs which is wrong, XOLO sold me a product which is made of sub standard raw material and of poor workmanship and now they are harassing me. For one month now I have been using phones borrowed from friends. The name of the service centre in jayanagar bangalore is “service point”, phone no is 08041511xxxx.

I want xolo to refund my money in full and also pay me for mentally harassing me by making me run pillar to post. I would like xolo to compensate me with 50000 rupees.
